About The Position

As a Security Officer Credential Check in Perris, California, you will safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, maintain a visible presence, conduct patrols, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. The role supports a welcoming environment and helps deter security-related incidents. This is a full-time position paying $20.56 per hour. The scheduled hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by following site-specific access-control procedures and policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor entry and exit points; verify credentials; manage visitor and contractor access; and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
