About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Credential Authentication in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. In this driving post, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct vehicle and/or foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers entering or exiting the distribution location.
• Maintain access records and coordinate visitor, vehicle, and delivery entry in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and reporting security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
