As a Security Officer Community Patrol Driver in Bonita Springs, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Our Access Control Officers at a residential location help monitor entry points, check credentials, and support residents and guests with professional communication and customer service. This is a driving post, offering the chance to stay active while helping maintain a welcoming environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and security-related awareness. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor screening, and other security-related policies.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorization, document visitor activity, and help to deter unauthorized access at the location.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response guidelines when appropriate.
  • Communicate with residents, property management, guests, and/or first responders regarding access-related issues, deliveries, and unusual activity.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and perimeter, as assigned, while observing and reporting conditions that may require attention.
