In this Dispatch role, you will support a highly regulated aerospace and defense location by monitoring communications and alarm activity, coordinating responses to security-related incidents, maintaining clear records, and serving as a dependable point of contact for personnel and visitors. Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize calls for service, and coordinate the deployment of security-related personnel to incidents, alarms, and routine requests.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, radio communications, and status updates in accordance with site policies and applicable reporting procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to supervisors, emergency responders, and site personnel as needed.
• Monitor security-related systems and coordinate regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
