As a Security Officer - Clearance Required in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Professional at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A Guard Card/License is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, following visitor and contractor procedures, and reporting access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and communicating with supervisors and emergency responders as needed.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns.
