About The Position

As a Security Officer Checkpoint Driver in Braselton, Georgia, you will help safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter incidents. The role involves professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a team culture built on integrity. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position. This is a full-time position paying $16.33 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor and manage facility access, verify credentials, screen authorized visitors, and maintain visitor and vehicle entry records.
Respond calmly to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts or emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, trailer yards, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter.
Observe and report unusual activity, damaged access points, and security-related hazards in accordance with site procedures.
