As a Security Officer Badge Issuance in Pineville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and respond to alarms or security-related concerns. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points by verifying credentials, authorizations, visitor registrations, and delivery documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate access control, visitor, contractor, and incident records; communicate access concerns and unusual activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, operational areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.
