About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, you will safeguard clients in a healthcare setting by conducting armed patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and helping provide a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The role calls for strong communication and customer service skills when addressing security concerns. This is a part-time position scheduled Friday from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The pay rate is $22.20 per hour, paid weekly. Requirements

Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, donors, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations, follow established protocols, and notify appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas, following site-specific procedures.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
