As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Response in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response at a dynamic location. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and embody our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and distribution location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building interiors, loading areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
  • Monitor access points, check credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, delivery, and/or incident information in accordance with site procedures.
  • Communicate observations, concerns, and incident details to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, completing accurate activity and incident reports as needed.
