About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Systems Operator in Mabelvale, Arkansas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. The role involves communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and drivers while supporting site operations through reliable service, teamwork, and integrity.

This is a full-time position paying $15.24 per hour, with weekly pay. The scheduled shifts are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control facility access by verifying identification, checking credentials, managing visitor and driver entry, and documenting access activity according to site requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, gate traffic, and access-control systems; report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, trailer yard, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
