Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification, reviewing visitor authorizations, issuing access credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points, alarm panels, cameras, and related systems as assigned; report irregular activity and equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
