As a Security Officer Access Badge Coordinator in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Professional in a commercial real estate location, where you will help create a welcoming presence for tenants, guests, and staff. In this role, you will manage front desk activity, support access processes, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding communication and customer service. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor building access, greet and direct arrivals, verify credentials, and document visitor activity in support of security-related policies.
  • Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and/or tenant concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, manage front desk communications, and complete logs, reports, and other administrative duties related to daily building operations.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity by maintaining an attentive presence at the front desk and reporting concerns according to post instructions.
