It partners across business, technology, cybersecurity, risk, audit, compliance, cloud, application, and AI functions; develops operational and risk reporting; and leads and develops an IAM operations team while advancing automation, standardization, accountability, and operational excellence. The position also manages multiple teams responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, systems, and networks; oversees applicable security technology products; develops and enhances policies and procedures; provides professional and technical guidance; and supports staff growth and development. Success includes reliable identity services, timely certifications and remediation, reduced excessive and privileged access, stronger governance of non-human identities and control effectiveness, increased automation, and clear reporting of IAM risk and operational performance. The role is incentive eligible. PNC will not sponsor employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
