As a Security Officer Lobby Reception in Liberty Lake, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping to monitor access, assist visitors, and support security-related procedures with professionalism and care. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute to a people-first team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Must have 1 or more years of security-related experience.
  • Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to accommodate last minute shift scheduling.
  • Must be able to travel required distances for Branch Flex assignments.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, visitor management procedures, and Allied Universal protocols for a financial institution location.
  • Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and document visitor, employee, and vendor access according to post procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations while observing and reporting suspicious, unusual, and/or unauthorized activity.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, deliveries, and access-related events in accordance with site guidelines.
