About The Position

Brothers Bar & Grill in Nashville, Tennessee, is hiring a Security Lead to help ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and company assets. The role involves carrying out responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures; greeting guests and checking identification; and maintaining safe, positive, and professional interactions with guests, coworkers, and management. The Security Lead supervises the Security Team, manages its roster, ensures licensing requirements are followed, and trains new team members. Pay is based on leadership experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Available to work up to 30 hours per work week.
• Flexible availability; nights and weekends are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and poise.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a solid work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Must be a people person capable of providing outstanding guest service.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be Dallas Law Certified.
• Must be certified or able to obtain the proper security guard license and training for the state of Tennessee.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
