About The Position

Brothers Bar & Grill is accepting applications for part-time barbacks at its soon-to-open Nashville location near Vanderbilt. The role offers scheduling flexibility around class schedules and activities and may provide up to 30 hours of work per week. This is a tipped position paid at $5.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Available to work up to 30 hours per week.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and poise.
• Excellent communication skills, a team-player attitude, and a solid work ethic.
• Willingness to learn, expand responsibilities, and have fun on the job.
• Must be a people person capable of providing outstanding guest service.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have or be able to obtain a server permit.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked and clean and take out trash.
• Assist managers and bartenders as needed.
