About The Position

As a Security Guard Corporate Patrol Compliance in Stamford, Connecticut, you will safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. This is a part-time, unarmed patrol role focused on routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay is $19.11 per hour.

Requirements

At least 6 months of security experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

A state-, county-, or city-issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, common areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
