About The Position

As a Security Guard Corporate Access in San Diego, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. This unarmed role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. The position is full-time and pays $21.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
