About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Guard Facility Assurance in Chesterfield, Missouri. The role serves and safeguards clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The officer monitors and patrols the site, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents while providing customer service and communicating with employees, visitors, and vendors. Duties include conducting unarmed patrols, monitoring access activity, documenting observations, reporting concerns, and responding calmly to incidents in coordination with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.

The position pays $19.63 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Applicants must meet the stated age and education requirements and are subject to background investigation and drug screening, as permitted by law. Applicable licensing may be required under state or local rules.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, building access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access activity and assist with visitor management according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol findings as required.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Help deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other policy violations through a professional presence and timely reporting.
