Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site procedures.
  • Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems from a stationary front-desk post, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
  • Support a professional, welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and directing visitors to appropriate areas or contacts.
