About The Position

The Security Guard maintains the safety and security of the facility, prevents unauthorized entry, and supports and assists staff, patients, and visitors. The role includes preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports and protecting persons and property while enforcing applicable Manatee Health policies, rules, regulations, and Federal, State, and Local laws. The Security Guard demonstrates Service Excellence at all times and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Class D License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification.

• Associate’s degree.
