About The Position

As a part-time unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location in Beverly Hills, California, you will help safeguard tenants and visitors by conducting patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and supporting a welcoming environment. The role involves customer service, clear communication, using technology to document activities, and following site-specific procedures. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The pay rate is $19.75 per hour.

Requirements

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and property perimeters; identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access control, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, follow site-specific protocols, and contact emergency services when needed.
Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
