About The Position

As a part-time unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, you will help safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible security presence, and reporting concerns. You will interact professionally with employees and visitors, provide customer service, communicate clearly, and follow site-specific security and emergency procedures. The schedule is Friday and Saturday, 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Pay is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter; identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and assist with vehicle and delivery traffic procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following site-specific emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Prepare accurate reports and documentation regarding patrols, incidents, access activity, and security-related observations.
