About The Position

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation is hiring a Security Guard at its inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. The role maintains overall facility security, protects patients, employees, and hospital property, enforces hospital safety and security policies, conducts required rounds, and responds to emergencies. The position is per diem/PRN, with an 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and weekday and weekend shifts. Compensation is $19.50 per hour plus shift differential.

The hospital provides an orientation program to support a smooth transition. Per diem employees may be eligible for the company-matching 401(k) after reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or a subsequent calendar year. Advancement may lead to potential full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state-issued driver's license in good standing.
• At least one year of experience.
• Must be available to work six shifts per six-week schedule, including three weekend shifts on Saturdays or Sundays.
