About The Position

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Security Guard at its facility at 300 Market Street, Saddle Brook, New Jersey. The position is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and includes weekday and weekend shifts. Compensation is $19.50 per hour plus a shift differential.

The Security Guard maintains facility security and protects patients, employees, and hospital property. The role enforces hospital safety and security policies, conducts required rounds, and responds to emergencies. Per diem staff must be available for six shifts during each six-week schedule, including at least three Saturday or Sunday shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state-issued driver's license in good standing.
• At least one year of experience.
• For per diem work, availability for six shifts per six-week schedule, including at least three weekend shifts on Saturdays or Sundays.
