About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Pasadena, California. The role focuses on observation and surveillance: monitoring security systems and screens, spotting potential threats, and protecting people and property. The officer will also document incidents, respond to potential threats, patrol the premises, control access to secure areas, assess security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions, and coordinate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.

Two schedules are listed: 40 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Monday through Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; or 32 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The hourly wage is $21. Requirements

• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed the additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training can be obtained during the hiring process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have good eyesight and an excellent ability to maintain focus.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
