About The Position

TerrAscend is a multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis operator dedicated to cultivating exceptional marijuana therapies and high-quality products. We are seeking unarmed security guards for our medical marijuana dispensary in Union Chill-Lambertville, NJ. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety of all patients and employees at the designated dispensary location. We believe in a collaborative work environment where employees are passionate about our mission and contribute to our growth by serving patients, customers, and each other.

Requirements

• Active NJ state Sora Card (Green or Red)
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of security experience required.
• A complete background investigation will be conducted.

Nice To Haves

• Law enforcement or military experience preferred.
• Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras to identify disruptions and monitor people in the dispensary.
• Ensure that health, safety, and security standards are followed.
• Perform safety and regulatory audits.
• Welcome and check in patients, caregivers, and visitors at the dispensary.
• Complete the required state-mandated training program.
