As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol professional in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for everyone on site.

Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed, and support visitor management processes for a dynamic tech, media, or telecom location.
• Communicate with site contacts, employees, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, policy questions, and other security-related matters.
