You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance or security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
