About The Position

As a Security Guard Armed Patrol in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, you will safeguard clients at a utilities location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and clear communication, along with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and a people-first approach. This is a full-time position paying $21 to $25.08 per hour, with weekly pay. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and carrying out emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, follow established site protocols, and notify appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of operational areas, buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation according to site-specific requirements.
