About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts. The role provides on-site supervision of Security Professionals and ensures site coverage at all times. The Field Supervisor works closely with Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis to supervise remote service delivery. The position is located in Huntsville, Alabama, and pays $17 per hour. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience.
• Driving record must have no major violations within the last 36 months; no more than one at-fault accident in the last 24 months; no more than one minor moving violation in the last 24 months; and no combination of one at-fault accident and one minor moving violation in the last 24 months.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience, such as security.
• Ability to write effective, concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact successfully at all organizational levels, including with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple competing assignments, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Must have a valid driver's license to qualify.
• Updated resume required for consideration.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in scheduling, operations management, or other leadership functions in the security industry.
• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or the military.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, address daily operational issues, communicate policy changes and company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and inspect posts for professional image and quality standards.
• Check that Post Order manuals and other post and training information are properly maintained and updated, and that posts are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees or when post orders change, including orientation to the post, review of post orders and routine responsibilities, and guidance on emergency responses and specific client needs.
• Respond to shift call-offs by identifying replacements or standing post until replacements arrive, and assist the Scheduler with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel concerns such as payroll issues or employee relations complaints and forward them to the Operations Manager and/or Corporate Human Resources Director; prepare reports or assist with investigations as directed.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions only when specifically directed by Branch or Corporate Human Resources management.
• Distribute information to posts as directed by the Branch or Corporate office, obtain acknowledgements or other documents when needed, and return those documents to the appropriate office.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure appropriate communication with Operations and/or the Branch Manager.
