About The Position

North Hill, a not-for-profit senior living community serving people aged 65 and older, is seeking a dependable part-time Security/Driver to provide resident transportation, safety support, and customer service. The role involves driving and assisting residents, responding to security and emergency situations, maintaining company vehicles, delivering packages, and supporting front desk and facility operations. The position is scheduled for 3 p.m.–11 p.m., with a 16-hour position on Friday and Saturday or a 24-hour position on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Satisfactory completion of a background investigation is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• At least five years of driving experience.
• DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one.
• Friendly, proactive communication skills and a strong service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies professionally.
• Satisfactory completion of a background investigation.

Responsibilities
