About The Position

Admiral Security Services is hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Officer for a 3 PM to 11 PM shift. The officer will perform security duties according to contract requirements and site-specific post orders. Work may take place indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and may also include prolonged periods at a computer. The role involves interaction with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to multitask.
Comfort with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
At least one year of verifiable work experience; one year of military or concierge experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Control access for guests, tenants, and vendors.
Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
Observe and report security and safety hazards.
Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
Report pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client, and other appropriate Admiral/ADM department managers.
Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
Perform other duties as assigned.
