Answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests. Disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees. Monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide. Monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones. Assist and respond to various priority calls, including First Aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Coordinate with Security Management Team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support. Perform other duties as assigned.
