About The Position

Under the direction of the Security Supervisor, the incumbent mans command center or podium as assigned to dispatch security personnel, receive incoming calls and maintain required logbooks. Position requires routine sitting and frequent standing. Fine motor hand/wrist movements, accurate hearing and close vision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must possess customer service attitude
• Must possess interpersonal skills
• Must possess communication skills
• Must possess organizational skills
• Must possess basic typing/keyboard skills

• Prior casino experience highly desired
• Prior dispatch experience highly desired
• Prior camera systems experience highly desired
