About The Position
The Hollywood Roosevelt is seeking a Security Agent who maintains a professional attitude and vigilant awareness of their surroundings while providing excellent customer service. The role helps ensure the safety of hotel guests, employees, and property. It involves preventing theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access while maintaining a professional, customer-focused demeanor. The Security Agent monitors surveillance systems, patrols hotel areas, responds to incidents, and assists during emergencies. The role also includes assisting guests, preparing detailed reports, communicating with management, and upholding the hotel's standards for appearance and communication.
