About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Representative on the Fiduciary Operations Team in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Trust. In this role, you will perform various operational tasks, as part of the Trust Mail Center, that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems. You will perform moderately complex duties such as researching, scanning, and reconciling incoming mail. You will review time sensitive documents and follow appropriate redirect process. You will receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and execute initiatives. You will interact with internal customers and identify ways to improve the overall process. Expect to meet required SLE's (Service Level Expectations).

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
