About The Position

This role is responsible for generating and posting maps from the Trust Accounting System for equity and mutual fund dividends, as well as posting other checks and ACH receipts appropriately to the Trust Accounting System. The position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle detailed work accurately and efficiently, especially under pressure. As banking is a highly regulated industry, the associate must maintain proficiency in bank policies and procedures, adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, and complete assigned compliance training.

Ability to perform general clerical duties and operate various departmental equipment.
Ability to type with speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to learn other web-based software.
High School Diploma/GED required.
One year of clerical office experience required.
