About The Position

This role is part of the Tribute Secure program, designed for experienced caregivers seeking stable, full-day work with guaranteed weekly earnings. In exchange for commitment to assigned days, including every Sunday, caregivers receive 40 hours of guaranteed pay weekly, even if not fully booked. This position is with Tribute Home Care, emphasizing a supportive, close-knit team environment.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles for client visits.
• CNA, HHA, or professional hands-on caregiving experience.
• Availability for full day visits every Sunday plus at least three additional days, up to 12 hours starting at 7am or 8am.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 20 miles across Greater Boston service areas (Boston, Brookline, Newton).
• Perform full day visits, up to 12 hours, starting at 7am or 8am.
• Be available every Sunday plus at least three additional days per week.
• Provide professional hands-on caregiving.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and the team.
• Show up reliably for all client visits.
