An exciting opportunity is available for Section Head, Customer Service, based in Dammam. Summary: Handle Moderately Complex Leads customer service activities to ensure excellence in Business process and optimize customer experience. Mentors, Coaches and develops the Customer Service Team. Receives and processes for moderately complex customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. Proactively maintains an ongoing relationship with key customers and sales staff. May handle multiple product markets.

Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelor Degree.
  • 6 Years related experience.

  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Research and obtain resolution of a variety of moderately complex customer complaints and issues.
  • Provides consultative advice, insights, interpretations, implications, and recommends unique solutions to specific problem areas.
  • Uses knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, individual customers to provide support customer service.
  • Leads continuous improvement activities to identify opportunities that avoid any potential setbacks or issues.
  • Primary liaison with sales, supply chain/logistics, and manufacturing staff on the effective delivery of customer service.
  • Develops and implements tracking programs in order to enhance the effectiveness of the customer service department.
  • Serves as communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
  • Prepares reports to facilitate and improve customer service offerings or key areas for business process improvements.
