About The Position

The USC Mrs. T.H. Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy is looking for a dynamic Secretary with a unique combination of skills to provide administrative and operational support for the department. The individual will be providing administrative support for faculty and staff. Other responsibilities include greeting visitors and routing them to the appropriate locations, answering phones, and serving as a resource for general inquiries for patients and students. Along with that, this individual will perform office duties including handling of incoming/outgoing mail, ordering of supplies, arranging meetings, scheduling of classrooms, maintain appointments, and composing correspondence and reports requested by the department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a passion for service and thrives in a dynamic clinical environment.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent
• 1 year of secretarial experience
• Knowledge of PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, etc.
