Performs diverse departmental office/clerical duties. Performs diversified office/clerical duties including, but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, and articles. Taking dictation and minutes. Transcribing. Scheduling appointments and meetings. Maintaining files. Receptionist duties. Making, taking, screening and recording messages and telephone calls. Maintaining records. Filing patient records, and collecting/processing payments. Preparing statistical data. Keeping inventory and ordering supplies. Performs other non-clinical duties supporting departmental operations and administrative processes, as needed Making travel arrangements. Performs related duties, as required.
