About The Position

This posting is for a Secondary Climate and Security Responder (CSR) position at Charles Hackley Middle School for the 2026/2027 Academic Year. Requirements

• Demonstrated reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and positive evaluations.
• Successful pre-employment physical exam and criminal records background check.

• Experience working with at-risk youth or in school settings.
• Training in conflict resolution, trauma-informed care, or restorative practices.
