About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal, part-time Warehouse Associate (also described as a Seasonal Package Handler) at its Kent, Washington location. The role helps move packages through the warehouse during the holiday season. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The assignment runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

The schedule is five days on and two days off, with shifts beginning at 5:00 p.m. and ending around 9:30 p.m. A typical shift is approximately five hours, though end times may vary with package volume and business needs. Employees must be available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed, and may be required to work overtime when business needs require. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay, eligibility for a seasonal bonus, and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment, and additional terms may apply.

This is an active, hands-on warehouse position. Employees work with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages; keep packages and work areas organized; and help packages reach their destinations safely and on time. The work involves repeated lifting and other physical tasks, extended periods standing or walking, and working in hot or cold warehouse environments where temperature control may be limited. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to repeatedly lift packages as described; stand and/or walk for extended periods; frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat; perform repetitive physical tasks; and work in hot or cold warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
