About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate (SWA) is responsible for efficiently and accurately fulfilling daily orders, including picking, packing, and shipping products. Speed and precision are critical in processing the order queue, as well as managing inbound shipments from suppliers and customers. Attention to detail is essential, and the role also involves restocking and inventory reconciliation. This position requires availability during peak sales periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the days around Christmas and New Year's. SWAs are expected to collaborate effectively with other departments and communicate information clearly and accurately.

  • Safely lift 15-25 lbs repeatedly, lifting up to 50lbs
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders up to 13’

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of inventory, including restocking shelves, distribution of products, executing inventory adjustments, and performing inventory counts.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work in collaboration with CS to go above and beyond customer expectations.
  • Relay information with detail and clarity to the team and cross-departmental.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments on company-wide initiatives i.e. demo ski preparation, preparing of vehicles, set up and tear down for on-site events.
  • Be readily available and assist Customer Service (CS) with shipping requests, inventory, and product questions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team for various tasks and projects.
  • Completing daily warehouse tasks such as supply prep, opening and closing duties.
  • Perform other general warehouse tasks as assigned, such as cleaning and organizing workspaces and facility upkeep.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall goals of the company.
