About The Position

This is a role for someone who is built for Physical Work and proud of it! Mackey's has been Connecticut's trusted, family-owned farm and home supply store for over 55 years. Our mission is to be the most TRUSTED and RELIABLE retail service — and our warehouse team makes that possible. Every customer who depends on us to have the right product, in the right place, on time, is counting on the person doing this job. We'll be direct: this is one of the harder roles to fill well. Physical stamina is just the starting point. What separates great warehouse associates at Mackey's is how they show up — the professionalism they bring to a physically demanding environment, the care they take with product and process, and the way they treat teammates and customers. Those qualities are rarer than the ability to lift a bag of feed. If you are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in purposeful physical work, takes pride in doing things right, and brings a professional attitude to everything you do — we want to meet you.
