About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal, part-time Warehouse Associate in Vancouver, Washington. The role supports holiday package operations by unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, while keeping packages and the work area organized and safe. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The shift is five days on and two days off, starting at 7:00 PM and ending between approximately 9:30 PM and later as package volume and business needs require. A typical shift is about three hours. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Weekly pay is $18.75 per hour, with eligibility for overtime in accordance with applicable law, a seasonal bonus subject to terms and conditions, and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
