About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal warehouse associates to help keep packages moving during the holiday season. This active, hands-on role involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, organize, and load packages safely and efficiently. Training is provided, and previous warehouse experience is not required. The position is seasonal part-time, with a stated season duration of October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The schedule is five days on and two days off, with shifts beginning at 8:15 a.m. and ending at approximately 11:45 a.m.; typical shifts are about four hours, though end times may vary with package volume and business needs. The role pays $19.80, is eligible for overtime pay as applicable, and offers a seasonal bonus subject to location, assignment, and other terms. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
