About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal, part-time warehouse associate in Vancouver, Washington, to help move packages during the holiday season. This active, hands-on role works alongside a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages and keep them moving safely and efficiently toward their destinations. Training is provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required.

The schedule is five days on and two days off, starting at 2:30 a.m. and finishing around 8:00 a.m. Shifts are approximately six hours, though end times may vary with package volume and business needs. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The role pays $18.75, with weekly pay, a seasonal bonus, overtime pay as applicable, and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Bonus eligibility and terms may vary. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, stand and/or walk for extended periods, frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their destinations safely and on time.
