About The Position

The Seasonal Team Member provides friendly customer service, helps customers find products and solutions, and delivers a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, maintaining in-stock and well-merchandised areas, and assisting with omnichannel fulfillment. Team members follow company standards and policies, support safety and shrink programs, and contribute to a respectful and positive store environment. The position is based at the NASH-BELLEVUE, TN store. Cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production is included. Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
• Must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns, go-backs, and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad-set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact respectfully and positively with others, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for other Team Members.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
